Cool WANTED - 4.6L Engine

Morning:

I'm looking for a 4.6L engine that I can drop-in my 1998 DI 4.0L GEMS HSE platform.

Engine can be running, not running, etc...just mechanically sound so that I can start re-building over the next year, or so...this way I can have one ready to drop-in and bring this thing to life. Plan on warming up the 4.6L a little bit - lot's of good information out there relating to this engine package, and the degree of engineering placed into the stock components seem very well addressed from a machinest standpoint (lot's to work with given minor modifications to make a pretty "bullet-proof" powerplant).

Where are some good sources to run down something like this???

Thanks in advance!!!

As TATA Motors has bought the prestigious Jaguar and Land Rover brands for the Ford Motor Group today, for USD $2,300,000, there will be a huge shock in sales of both the brands.
