WILL NOT START

HI GUYS CAN ANY ONE HELP I HAVE A V REG LAND ROVER DISCOVERY TD5
THAT JUST WILL NOT START I HAVE TOOK THE FUEL PUMP OUT AND TESTED IT AND THAT WORKS FINE WHEN YOU PUT THE IGNITION ON YOU CAN NOT HEAR THE FUEL PUMP KICK IN
AND YET WHEN I HAVE BENCH TESTED IT IT IS FINE
