Angry 03 free-new headgaskets, belts, etc., now won't start

Hi,
I blew my head gasket a few weeks ago and today got it put back together. Nothing is missing, everything's there, and the starter is trying but the engine won't start. Anciliary belt is turning, but not even a sputter. Has gas, oil, coolant, etc., I just don't know.
Would this be because I drained the oil and the block was without oil for a long time (dry crank?)
Any help or ideas would be great. Thanks.

Default Gonna recheck timing

I went over everything, tested spark and CPS, no problems there. Thinking I must've missed something with the timing. I know my torques and other stuff were correct. Truck ran even after head gasket went, so this has to be something I did with timing? If it is, does anyone have any tips for adjusting the crankshaft to the camshaft if that is at all skewed? Thanks. :-)

Default One more thing

The cylinder liners had a small bit of rust accumulated from the coolant invasion. I cleaned them up as best I could and I don't think there was enough to do anything? Anyone have any comments about that? Thanks.
