Question 05 freelander with multiple codes

anyone has any idea on how to fix codes P1300, P0171, P0301, P0303 and P0305, it got the v6 engine on it, unit starts good, run good for about 10km then will loose power light will come on and shows those 5 codes, clean the mass air flow but still the same, any suggestion

probably has coolant getting into the cylinders and needs a new engine at most, or a broken pcv hoses at minimum.
