Default 2005 freelander heather core

I have a 2005 Freelander Lr and I need a new heather core. Does some one have a step by step procedure handy. I was told that I have to remove the complete dashboard .iis leaking in the inside of the car..driver side under the matt.
I hope some one here will be able to help.

Default 2005 freelander recalibration rear window

Hi i have a 2005 freelander i am having problem can not recalibrate rear window this happen after disconnected the battert any help will be very app. I have try the basicc repair but no luck yet .those any one know if the rear window has a sensor on the top ..
