Default Antenna

Hey all, my sister just picked up a Freelander (loves it!). But do you guys know of an aftermarket shorter antenna? The stock antenna is too long and hits the garage door, so when she backs out she has to hold the antenna down (from the sunroof) so it doesn't possibly "snap" off if that makes any sense. Thanks.

how about replace with a power antenna, you can order them from lots of places, I don't remember where the antenna is on the LR3's but if theres room that would work.

Does your sister still have the original antenna? I'm looking to buy one to replace mine that was stolen. Contact at trentmelton@hotmail.com. Thanks.

The antenna can be adjusted to lay flatter, or raised higher, at the base. All she has to do is find the position that will ride low enough, so it doesn't touch the garage door.

how do I adjust the antenna up and down for a 2003 Freelander? It is stuck in the up position and will not budge.
