Default Freelander JUDDER

Hi all. My wife has a 2001 TD4. When you decelarate and change down to say third or second gear there is a juddering which feels like the exhaust hitting the underside of the car but its not the exhaust. Seems to be getting worse as time goes on. Drive shafts???? Anyone got any ideas?

Looks like you're spot on; just crawled underneath and the diff front mount looks pretty suspect so just been on and ordered one. Hopefully this will sort the problem. Thanks and Good Luck.
