Default is Service Bulletin Number 8142007 still valid?

I dont think this has been done on my wifes Freelander and all of a sudden i'm getting P0301 and P0302 codes will be moving the coils later today to seen if the issue follows the coil but if it doesn't this SBN seems like it fits the bill as to the errors i'm getting

I dont think it's the coils since i've had issues with them before on this thing, and they have all been replaceds at one point, the car only 72000 and is now also out of the exteneded warrenty

curious to know if i can still get this SBN done with out paying for it and if Land rover still allow it since i think it has a 2 year life on it.

details are

Engine: FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE: DELIVERY:FUEL PUMP

NHTSA Number: 10023793
Model Years Affected: 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005

yes it is. Did you get a letter. We sent out letters to all current owners at the time of the recall. It needs to be done first and then see what happens.
