Any ideas of where to start? Change spark plugs? Anything I shouldn't do.

Car is a 2003 w/ roughly 153K

Anything is greatly appreciated

Would change all spark plugs, if not recently changed. If wires have not been changed, up grade to 8mm wires, silicone.

Yup, start with new plugs and GOOD plug wires, STI, Kingsbourne or Magnecore.

2003 im pretty sure they didnt have wires.... its coil on plug try swapping coils around. check spark plugs and make sure the valve cover gaskets arent leaking oil into the coil/plug area that will foul them pretty bad you can tell by pulling a coil or plug out if its covered in oil. your going to need new valve cover gasket sets
