Default Disco 2 misfire

Hi everyone, I need some advice on my 2000 Discovery 2. I have been chasing a misfire on cylinder 3 for quite some time now. I have replaced plugs, wires, and the coil pack responsible for that specific cylinder. I have also swapped injectors to see if the problem follows an injector, it didnt. I have done a compression test and a running compression test, both produced numbers within specs. It always comes back to cylinder 3. I am not going through antifreeze or having any overheating issues. I am stuck and any advice or ideas would be great. Thanks in advance.

3456 are the areas where coolant is not supposed to be.

if it is then the block is bad.

the only way to find out is use coolant dye. let it run for a couple of days after the misfire comes back and then check out the cylinder if its bad you will see the flecks of dye on the plug and in the cylinder.
