Where can I find the fuel pump relay on the 94 Discovery

Why are you looking for it? There are 3 relays in side it.

It is behind the passenger kick panel in the passenger cabin.
The relay Mike is talking about is for '96 and newer.

I was told to try replacing relay before replacing fuel pump. Truck was running fine when I parked it it was parked for about a month when I try starting its just spinning over

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can check

Start by checking the fuel pressure at the fuel rail, psi needs to be in the low to mid 30's.
Then check for spark.
If no fuel pressure replace the fuel pump relay.

The relays are expensive and what you are describing is a bad pump, not the relay.

Stand corrected, kept thinking his had the newer relay like the 96's.
They are expensive at $99.
