Those would be CAN codes (don't be dragged to another area by "cam") -
From the RAVE:
Software in the EAT ECU monitors hard wired inputs and exchanges information with the ECM on a Controller Area Network (CAN) bus to determine gear shift and torque converter lock-up requirements. Resultant control signals are then output to the gearbox solenoid valves.
Those codes are from the tranny ECU, which talks to the main ECU constantly over a network. So you are probably in limp home mode, poor shifting, etc. Could be module, grounds near it, voltage problem (battery needs to be 100%), wiring issue, etc. Not sure if XYZ switch full of water and mud could do it, but you can check that for grounds also when under the truck with a meter. Basically the tranny ECU is having a hard time hearing the main ECU.
RAVE has color coded wiring diagrams, and here are a couple of pages that describe the codes and the info that the transmission finds to talk about with the engine computer constantly.
