Default Thermostat test - Soup's On!

Heated water test of 3 stats with pix

Pix 1 - basic set up, with container selection by SHMBO.

Pix 2 - two upper stats are 195 F, note that left one has opened up faster than right one. Lower stat is a 180 F for comparison.

Pix 3 - fully open stat - note position of disc

So if you have a box full of same temp rated stats, some will be high, some low, and some on the money.

Good choice on getting SWMBO's permission for container choice. Mine was rather displeased with the turkey baster used for PAS fluid exchange, and large pot to attempt to dye black clear hose for rear diff breather extension.
