Default Turn signal problem

Hello all, I have a Disco 2 and I was replacing replacing the plugs and wires yesterday and I cheated and took the hood of to access the coil pack. As soon as I finished, the hazard lights came on and will not come off? I pulled the fuse in the engine compartment so they would stop and if I put the fuse in they still keep going. My foot might have pushed something? Need answers asap please.

you may have inadvertently hit the inertia switch on the firewall....just push it down and see if that helps..
