Wiring Diagram on Hella Trailer 7 pin connector

Does anyone out there have the diagram of the trailer wiring on 2001 RR 4.6HSE (US version) that has Hella european 7 pin connector? The color of the wires are Brown, Black, Green, White, Red, Blue and Yellow (all are solid color no stripe color combination). I need to know which wire does what. I'm trying to hook the trailer wire converter (Hoppy Brand) that has 5 wires at one end (GREEN-Right Turn; YELLOW-Left Turn; BROWN-Tail/Park; RED-Brake; WHITE-Ground) and 4-flat connector at the other end (to hook on Uhaul trailer). How can I splice 7-wires into 5-wires and make all the trailer lights works properly without giving any "wierd" warning on the dashboard? Search everywhere, can't find same wiring color diagram in the forum Any help would be greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Perhaps this will help. Not sure if exact year. You may be forced to use a volt meter to measure each wire to ground.

Pin numbers are on drawings, with wire color code.

Wire colors on drawings are:

 B - black
G - green
K - pink
L - "light"
N - brown
O - orange
P - purple
R - red
S - gray (slate)
U - blue
W - white
Y - yellow

...so I suppose the pin#4 on the C336 diagram is the bottom one in the socket right? (the one that has a "bump" on the socket)
