Another won't crank but turns over, when will it end.
If the engine is cranking, then it is turning over. If it is turning over and won't start that is most likely either the fuel pump, fuel filter or crank sensor.
What have you checked so far?

Got spark? Suspect fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator - schrader valve right side fuel rail 32-34 PSI.

Got no spark? Suspect Crank Position Sensor, if it fails when trying to start it may not throw a code.

I don't have my RAVE in my pocket, but I think the alarm immobilize inhibits crank relay, so if it is turning over may not be the alarm.
