Land Rover Discovery 2 without Y-Pipe
Hello, Lots of people are always looking are different options for exhaust so I figured I'd share what I've recently done.
I wanted to get rid of the stock exhaust.
I've never tried any Flow Master products so I figured I'd give it a shot.
I purchased the Flowmaster super 50 delta. It is supposed to be a bit quieter and is built for larger SUVs.
I purchased one with duel 2.5" in and 3" out. Mainly because that was the smallest you could go with the duel in configuration.
took it to a local shop and had them chop the Y-pipe and install the duel in system.
Very very happy with results. Looks and runs really well. Deep tone but not obnoxious and no drone in cabin.
Also I won't say that I get more power but I can for certainty tell you I'm getting more k's on each tank. I've run 4 tanks through it now and I'm consistently getting about 20 more k's per tank. I'm not saying you will get this result but I can tell you it's happened with my truck for sure.
Maybe thats not the muffler, maybe it's the time of year, maybe it's the planets, maybe it's global warming. Maybe it's ...who knows.
I'll post an audio clip soon.

Hi, the muffler was approx $150 on eBay (free shipping). The install was done at a muffler shop and was approx $125
