Default Removing Cats From Disco

Has anyone removed their cats from there disco? I have a 96 disco and was thinking about removing the cats and replacing them with just tubing. I did this on my saab and gained 11hp.

You can't remove the cats on a 96 or newer, the rear 02s will pick up on it and drive the ECU nuts amking your truck run like crap.
OH and it is illegal in all States by both states and federal laws.
