Thumbs up Reliability of LR2

I have a Freelander 2 (that is the name of the LR2 outside North America as do three other people who live on my block. Nobody has had any problems at all, and the oldest one was delivered in late 2007. Our driving conditions here in Rio are quite bad so this is a testimonial. Most cars do have problems here. My spouse and I are deeply attached to ours and it has had precisely zero defects so far.

Good luck with yours if you choose to do it. remeber that the engine is from Volvo, the suspension is Swedish also and the transmission is a widely used Japanese six speed automatic. It is well built!
