Default LR2 available in SE?

Dealer says HSE is the only LR2 available. Consumer Reports lists an SE and an HSE... Whats the deal here? If the SE exists what does it lack?

The HSE has a tailgate spoiler and titanium finish door handles. There are a couple of other items - can't recall them at the moment.

It also has 19" rims, body color instead of black plastic lower trim, and some improvements in the interior, most notably improved leather stitching on the front seats and a covered storage bin in the center console. Prob not worth the $3-5K but good luck finding a new SE anywhere, they were phased out months ago.

Thank you. This is what I was looking for. My local dealer said they were never made, and edmunds.com showed an SE model, but landroverusa.com didn't show anything but a single model.

Glad to help. 2009's are on the lots and with this economy and the factory incentive you should be able to get 15% off MSRP for a new 2008, and more for a demo or loaner.

I'd pick another dealer if he doens't know his product. I bought mine 05/2008 and I have an SE. The HSE was the result of the many many surveys they did on how to improve the LR2. Curious if they put in the dummy pedal. My biggest pet peave. And home link.
