Hello Guys! I have a 52K 2011, LR2, with a starting and/or idle problem. ** I can drive it for a few miles and suddenly it shuts down. *The restart is hard, because I try to start the engine, four or six times, and nothing. *After, I wait 15 min, try again and don't start. *Next,*I wait half hour more and nothing again. *After a total time of 1.5 hour the engine finally start, run for about 20 minutes and shutoff again. My mechanic change the fuel pump of the LR2, but this do not resolve the problem. * I really appreciate all your help.

So this car is just out of warranty with 52k miles then? Ouch.

I would say bring it back to the dealer to get it properly diagnosed instead of having your mechanic trying things that may or may not work like the fuel pump for instance.
