2005 LR3 Passenger side mirror replacement
Replaced the passenger side mirror today, total cost was close to $300. I got the parts from the Land Rover dealer. I had them pop the mirror in before I left, I was too scared to break it (7 years bad luck???). It took about 20 minutes total to install. A couple of key things to look for.
1. The bolts were very hard to get off- T-20 Torx screwdirver. Putting them back in I greased the bolts with some vaseline and they went in very easy.
2. Be very careful on removing the little black speaker box, it's hard to pop off and very easy to break, don't get in a rush to just pop it off.
Other than that it wasn't bad at all. I hope this helps out.
Oh yeah.... test it out before you put it all back together!!!
