Default 2007 LR3 HSE LUX - Rim Violation?

I recently violated my LR3 with a set of 22"x9" Giovanna Martuni Silver wheels along with 265/45R22 Toyo Proxes ST/2 tires. The tires are grippy, silent, comfortable, etc. The ride is almost as smooth as on the 255/55R19's I pulled off (and a ton quieter then the stinky Goodyears!)

PS: Might be time to find some 18" wheels & A/T's for the special times where the 22's won't cut it...

I need to do a stealth 12" subwoofer soon too. It is seriously hard finding guides/photos of people stealthing subs/amps in the LR3.

That is because LR3 already has an amp under the passenger seat. At the same time any interruption of the most system drops the entire entertainment system and the rear park aid sensors.

Most people that add them destroy the vehicle in the process. The installers don't care what happens to the cars and leave it up to the dealers to fix their stupidity.

It can't be that difficult can it? I have been reading a bit on the stealing the high-level subwoofer output that goes to the factory tailgate sub. Shouldn't be too bad to drop a single 12" fiberglassed in on the right/back side of the truck and disable the factory tailgate sub.

I don't want to replace anything else in the truck, just the factory sub (which is poopy at best).

Looks like at this point (with the wheels and wanting to put in amps and subs) that you should just sell the Land Rover and buy a Denali.

Although, the wheels don't LOOK as bad as I expected them to.
