Default 2009 LR3 Grill to 2010 LR4 Grill

Does anyone know if the new 2010 LR4 grill will fit onto a 2009 LR3? My local dealership thinks it might, but if I order a 2010 grill and it doesn't fit they'll still make me pay for it, which I don't want to do if it's not going to fit. Anyone know?

nope, that doesn't work ... that easy...

When you want to fit a LR4 grill into a LR3, you'll have to replace, bumper, lamps, front side left and front side right ...

Pretty expensive job if you'd ask me...

Better option is to purchase a modified grill that looks like a LR4 version. A lot cheaper and easier to install.

Check this:

Yes won't fit. I did the same ebay grill in "gray" not the chrome version

Some of the UK guys have puchased a LR4 gill, taken the inner section out. Then cut the inner section out of the LR3 grill and put the LR4 piece in. It actually looks really good but is expensive and you've got to do the work yourself.
