Default LR3 Air Suspension Strut Cover Tear

Hello All -

Has anyone ever had this issue. Please forgive the proper terminology as I'm not exactly sure the correct name for this part.

Here's my issue, there black rubber housing that is at the bottom of the Air Suspension Strut Tower of my LR3 and it has a huge tear / rip in it.

I want to get this fixed/replaced, but wanted to know how detrimental and immediate I should resolve this. Also how much and recommendations on parts or if recommended, replacing the whole unit.

I've attached a sample picture of the strut tower and it is torn indicated by the red line.

Let me know what you all think. Thanks

I have not heard of anyone successfully repairing one. I did find the individual parts listed in this diagram. You can order there as well.
