We are in the market for a LR3 and have looked at a few 06 LR3 on the web in our area.

I am trying to find out the differences between the V8 SE and the V8 HSE models. The SE's are $3-5K less in price and some of them have the xenon's, 3rd row seat and the navigation thus I am confused as to why the SE's are so much cheaper vs. the HSE. I also wanted to find out if there are any recalls or TSB's avaliable for the 06 model.

I have a 05' SE LR3. The only difference is the amenities. The HSE comes with a mini cooling (refrigerator) in the console. I think one or two other amenities. My understanding is they have the same engine. I have the lighting package and navigation.

 

hse has the option for hd pkg. hse comes standard with nav, 19" rims

 

My '06 SE has the cool box, but doesn't have heated seats or blue tooth. Riddle me that. Haha.
The main difference is one inch bigger rims, and navi.
