Say four instance, your instrument cluster, transmission Mechatonic computer, RLM ride level management ECU were to fail you would not be able to get a used one from a donor vehicle and Code to your vehicle. You have to buy a virgin never before coded ECU installi in your vehicle and then mate it to your VIN with an auto logic or like computer

Yeah...

Why aren't you putting a 4.4 back in? I see zero benefit from making your vehicle more complicated and less easy to fix. Nothing wrong with the 4.4

He was just asking to see if it was feasible. If no one ever asked, no one would know! It wouldn't make it more complicated or less easy to fix, you'd just treat exactly as a RRS Supercharged. Another 90 horsepower would be great, if it didn't require replacing all VIN specific modules. Still, if you had more $$$ than common sense, it would be a fun endeavor!

Thanks everyone for the information and input! It was a fun idea that crossed my mind for the sc 4.2. Luckily I have a shop to swap the engine at so I don't have to pay for labor and what not. I'll keep you all updated and post a few pictures when I finally swap the engine. It'll be a few months until I do so though.

Thanks!
