Default Rear headphone jacks not working - please help!

I have a 2008 LR3 HSE. The heahphone jacks in the rear and 3rd row seats are no longer working. I have been to the dealership multiple times for this and they just cant seem to figure out how to repair them. Any help?

Its possible if the aux isnt working on all of them its either a wire or the audio amp itself is messed up and wont read the sound coming out.

i have ran into this many times if they have changed out the aux jacks in the back , the amplifier is the one at fault wich is inline between the aux jacks and front entertainment . have them try a good known amplifier
