roof rail question - Land Rover Forums

Does anyone know? On the roof rails at the front and back are two sloping plastic pieces. They are just glued on. Both of mine on the front snapped off somehow when I put the roof rack up. Not sure how. Noticed one was missing and the other just came off when I pulled on it. Do they serve a purpose or are they just decorative? Thanks.

Have a look at this diagram, perhaps you can replace the pieces. Sounds like they were more decorative if they were glued on.
