Default Ham Radio transceiver install in LR4

I just installed an ICOM IC-7000 and HiQ screwdriver antenna in a 2010 LR4.
If interested go to my website for pictures:

Cool! How's it work? I'm having some difficulty finding a good mount. I picked up a minimally functional Cobra (19DX IV) and the little Will antenna, but I'm struggling to come up with a good spot to mount it. Any ideas?

Default installation

I am not familiar with you antenna. If its long then consider the tow mount like I have in the picture. If its a short one you can get a small mount that screws onto the top tail gate (I use one for VHF/UHF)

Does your radio have a removable control head? If yes consider a mount that uses the drink well.
