Radio/Hands free phone lacks sound

I have a new LR4 and every once in a while when I go to use the radio or hands free phone there is no sound. Screen looks fine, but I can't hear anything. My kids say they hear me call in, but then no one is there when they answer the phone. Does anyone else experience this? Is this going to be covered by warranty?

What kind of phone do you have? Looks like from your message, your radio also konks out. If your screen goes blank and you cannot use the touch screen system at all, it is most likely that you need to get a software upgrade. Check out a few of the other posts in the LR4 section.

All this stuff is covered under warranty, just make sure you can replicate the issue for the dealership, otherwise, they won't be able to get you a good answer.
