I have been looking for one at a reasonable price Does any one have a Towing / Trailer Hitch Receiver: 2-Inch, Class 3, Quick-Release either used or new that they are willing to sell?

That will be difficult, even used. There seems to be a high demand. I think I paid closer to $300 for mine.

If you never plan on towing more than about 6000lbs there is a more conventional style hitch you can get from Curt. I think it's closer to the price range you're talking about, new. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002ES0UDS

 

For half price you're going to end up with one of the original long versions and no one recommends you use that if you're towing something you like.
