you can't fit a good off road tire on a 24inch wheel, unless it is lifted, and since it has a air suspension, that's gonna be expensive/hard. lol

you gonna bling it?

It is not the wheel size that is the issue, it is the hub size and offset, you need to be able to clear the calipers.
Why would you want 24's on a Rover anyway?
