Arrow CDL Parts list... Does anyone have it??

Looking for the Part #'s of these parts:

1) The Adaptor Plate that screws onto the actual transfer case with 2 bolts:

2) That little guy that bolts onto the CDL lock nipple on the transfer case:

3) Any other pieces I need to make this work besides the shifter itself which I have and the CDL Shift cable (Part #: IGK500010 if someone else was interested)

-Thank you

you won't be able to buy those parts. they come as a kit. your best bet is to find one at a pick and pull and get those parts yourself or just buy a whole setup from a trusted parts guy like Paul Grant paulgrant@mac.com
