Default Cold air intake

Is there anyone out there that makes a cold air intake for my 99 D1?
Or am i gonna have to buy a universal kit from K&N?

i would recommend against a K&N unit... they tend to allow TOO much dirt in for trucks like ours. I think you'll have more luck with a Land Rover factory piece, replaced every 12,000 miles.
