Default OME Springs question

Finally pulling the trigger this month, I have a DII with new Bilstein's and would to go with 779 up front and 763 in the rear. I tend to carry quite a bit but am looking for a practical description of the difference between the 762 and the 763. I carry daily about 200lb and maybe 200-400 4 times a month and a full truck and roof rack a couple times a year just not sure whether to go with the 763. I will be getting a bumper but not for at least 6 months so are the 779 too heavy for the front.

If you will have a bumper and are thing about the 763's in the rear, consider going to the 751 front springs, keeping both front and back even and HD.
I would only mention, the 763 are pretty harsh when unloaded. 762 are usually more then enough for a heavy load.
The other thing to be concerned about will be your shock, they are 1/2" shorter then factory and the 763's may over extend them.
I run the 751 for the extar strength and height that the 779's can't give you.
So either go 779's and 762's or 751's and 763's, don't mix match.

So it sounds like 779 and 762 should be good to go for about 95%, I really don't want to give up the ride qua;ity as this is a daily driver.

Thanks Mike

No problem, if you want a pretty decent price on the OME's, call Tony at the LRRF, 650-365-4145

That was one good explanation mike. Got some plans too. I think I will go for 751's and 763's. Thanks for the info.

Are you sure you want to go that heavy, especially with the 763's, they are pretty harsh riding unless you run loaded alot.

Just remember the summer is a short time then you have a hard riding truck the rest of the time.
