Has anyone got any experience in converting Discovery or Range Rover into an electric 4x4? Or perhaps Land Rover itself might be thinking of at least a hybrid?
No one motor is more than enough.
In 4X4's diesel is the way to go as 4x4's have weight of the drive train
batterys on top of that would not be wise.

yeah it would take 8572937642903947728162581923843 tons of batteries to move a regular discovery 1 100 miles... i did the math my numbers are correct i assure you
