Default iPod Connectivity for the Disco

Really need a USB setup to connect to my iPhone. In my other vehicles I'd feel a bit more comfortable pulling the dash off to get to the back of the head unit but in this case I think I'll leave it to the pros. Anybody done this recently who could recommend an installer/kit? I'm working with stock equipment and just need it to play my music (no bluethooth/other phone interaction is necessary). Thanks in advance for any intel you guys could lend!
