Default Rear Drive Shaft ?

Well I just got in my front and rear drive shafts in from tom woods. My mechanic was able to install the front drive shaft with no problem but we are having trouble with the rear one. The problem is the flange part # STC4858 we need to install in order for us to install the rear drive shaft from Tom woods. The center bolt required to install / replace the old flange with the new flange part # STC4858 is not there. My mechanic call Tom Woods to see what was going on and they said it has to be there but its just not there. Is the bolt suppose to visable from the out side or is it housed / hidden somewhere. Please advice us anyone willing to help please call me at 773-640-2339

There's no center bolt. The new oil seal goes in, then the flange on to the pinion, then the washer and pinion nut.
If you can't see the threaded end of the pinion then you haven't removed your centering peg.
Pull the peg (slide hammer and heat)
Remove the pinion nut.
Remove the input flange
Remove the oil seal
Install new seal
Install new 4-bolt flange
install washer and new nylock nut.

So, just out of curiosity, why did you replace the rear shaft, they have never been a problem under a 3.5" lift?

They aren't paired. You can replace either one and not the other.

I know, but the thought of me replacing the front and not the rear would of drove me nutts. I feel more comfortable now that I replaced both.
