Running board removal?

Default Running board removal?

I have everything off but there is still one long bolt and not sure how to get it off. Thoughts and I will try to attach a pic.

is it the body mount bolt? its a 14mm or 9/16" (whichever fits best due to how much rust is on there... lol)

i'm sure they can be replaced with a similar size grade 8 SAE or grade 10 metric hardware...
