Default Winch which does not need new bumper?

Hi,
would anybody suggest me a winch easy to buy in Europe which would not require replacing also front rail bumper?
I would prefer to keep stock bumper because is very robust and looks good, i also like the fact that i can bump into something without damaging expensive winch .
At best some removable solution? It will be used in emergency only, not "daily" so it doesn't much matter if it is pain to attach it or have some other limitations.
Probably i don't even need it since out of all trouble i was able to get out somehow so far, but it would make me feel safer when alone somewhere in a galaxy 4x4xfar away

car is 110SWTD4

Rover makes a winch tray that can be used with a factory bumper, sit a little low but works.

This is a bumper that works with the Warn 8274 (one of the best winches on the market) and looks very much like the stock bumper.

That's on Devon 4x4's forum, don't know who makes it.
Here are some others.

i would call them and ask... my guess would be you need to trim the grill and if you have aircon the fan would be in the way of the mount....
