Saying hi to all landie folk here, new to the forum, ive posted my details as advised in the signature but looking to talk more to others here about anything landrover.

Welcome to another of the devoted from down under.

Please avail yourself of the free download of the complete factory tech manual set, link below.

Getting warmer down there, time to check the visous clutch, and wash out trash and mud in radiator and condenser, and between them.

Lots of guys up here believe in 5000 mile oil changes, and many run a diesel rated oil for extra cleaning. The propshafts should be greased thru their zerk fittings if equipped, if not, there is an article on rebuilding them in our tech area in the D1 section (covers D1 and D2). Seems D2s will start making a "chirp", soon followed by front prop shaft coming apart and spearing a hole in the tranny.

Post early and often, like pictures around Ayers Rock, etc.
