Hello! I thought I'd pop in and introduce myself. I just bought an '04 Discovery II with 80,000 Km's. It's in really nice shape and I'll be sure to post some pics. I used to have a 25th Anniversary RRC and ever since I sold it, I've wanted another Land Rover.

Welcome. This is the place for enthusiasm and answers. Most questions quickly go to dire possibilities, but it's better to follow the suggestions and err on the side of caution. I'm on my second Disco and got a lot of miles from my first. My 04 is in great shape, is a little noisey (I've been accused of being crazy about noises no one else seems to hear). Check oil pressure, don't let it overheat and enjoy.
