HI! Names alek. I own and operate EUR Mechaniker, a european car repair shop in des moines,IA. I own a 1997 Range Rover Vitesse and love it to pieces... bought it for a beat about last winter for $1000 and it kind of crawled under my skin. shortly after my buddy bought another one for cheap and i put an engine in it... now that we have two running the real fun should start
i was considering magnetic signs but i decided vinyl decals... i have too many cars and customers that would sport my signs so im just gonna get a bunch made up...
the only advantage would be if i insure the rover as a work vehicle as well... which is MUCH more costly than personal which still covers anything i do with it for work... the vinyls are a tax write off too as they are considered advertising...
I once worked for a large electrical contractor, with 135 things we bought tags for every year. The two owners had set up a leasing company, which owned the equipment, leased it to the contracting firm, and they got depreciation every year. The contracting firm got the immunity to law suits, as they had no assets other than a few desks. The 350 IBEW electricians owned their own tools. Lots of firms do that, in this my legal beagle can bite your legal beagle society.
Eye catching Rover, for sure.
When I was a baby, my dad owned a small garage in Kentucky, and specialized in "souping up" cars in the 50's. Some of his customers were moonshiners, and some were revenue agents....
