Default Been having trouble at work...

I fix all the crap here, but have been having repeated problems with loose nuts behind the wheels. Any suggestions as to how to permanently fix this recurring dilema?

Otherwise Loc-Tite the nuts with removeable like 609.

Change the complete nut. by a new one and get it fixed permanently it should work fine. and screw them tightly.
