Already did my first driveway clearing. Figure I'll do the next/last one tomorrow morning... if it stops when the forecast expect it. One day I'll break down and buy a snow blower.

We totaled out at 17"s with between 38 and 54"s up in the foothills.
Still snowing lightly and thank God I live in an area where they clean up our snow.

So, my father-in-law was bragging last night on the phone about how his BMW X5 handled so well in the Denver snow (Westminster to Denver drive). I was puzzled at first by how that vehicle could navigate 10+ inches of snow on the road. Later he admitted that it was plowed from his driveway to the highway!

The only snow I've seen in the Denver area which was any kind of challenge was the blizzard back in '06. Couldn't get through the neighborhood in the spots where people had snow blown all of it into the street, making it four foot deep and over my front bumper. Three foot was OK, but four was too much.
