How To refab your kitchen for 98 cents!
first go to wal mart and get a 98 cent can of flat black spray paint. next take your chrome kitchen garbage pail out to the front yard. prop it up on an old pizza box and go to town!
please note: it will look shiny at first but once it dries its a beauty!
finished product with contrasting garbage bag!
