Default Loss of Power

Hi, I have a 76 Series III 109 and while driving the other day I suddenly lost power. Yes there is fuel in the tank so what else could be the problem?

Do you know that the fuel pump is working?
is the air filter in good shape? Nothing blocking air intake?
do these things even have a MAF?
Is the throttle body clean?
Any temperature issues with the engine?

my $.02 knowing next to nothing about older trucks.

Any luck with this? When you say loss power, I'm thinking you mean the vehicle dies and doesn't restart.

If this is true, I always start with Fuel. Does it have fuel pressure at the engine?

Spark. Are the spark plugs firing? What are the condition of the plugs? Fuel soaked?

Air. Does the engine still produce compression?
