Default 2004 Range Rover - remove alternator

I am trying to remove the alternator on my 2004 Range Rover. Last night I was able to remove the two bolts and loosen the alternator. The only thing keeping my from being able to replace this is the automatic pulley tensioner is in the way. I have removed the belt but this pulley is stationary. Please help me figure this out, live 50 miles away from the nearest dealership and I am so close to doing this myself. Thanks

See attached. If your belts and alternator look like this, the alternator is "inside" a water jacket and comes out the front, you don't remove the whole bracket from the truck.
