Default 2011 RRS engine stutters

Having an issue with my 2011 RRS with just under 100K miles. It has developed a stutter or hesitation at low RPMs(1500-2000) while under a load (going up a incline) as you slowly accelerate. You can also see the RPM needle move up and down by about 200 RPMs when you are trying to keep a constant speed.

I had the dealership look at it and they told me it was an engine issue and not a transmission issue. They told me that I had to replace my K&N filters and after market smaller supercharger pulley before they will take another look at it. I have replaced the filters and that didn't make a dent in the issue at all. In my personal opinion is I don't think changing the pulley will fix the issue but might not have any options.

Has anyone had this same issue??

Sounds to me like an Ignition Coil issue, but thats just a guess. Any fault codes stored in the engine or transmission?

Has anyone solved their issue? My wife’s full size supercharged has this same issue. Dealer was t able to find anything as there were no codes. Possibly unrelated but recently it has thrown the following codes but they go away on their own.
PO302
PO316
PO159

Any ideas? Bank 2 O2 sensor recently replaced. Cylinder 2 spark plug inspected and looks good, same as cylinder 4.

My wife loves this car so would like to make sure that it runs right and is reliable.

The issue for me was a transmission that started to slip. I had the transmission rebuilt and the issue went away.

I am hoping that is not the case. 70,000 mile car. Transmission serviced at 60,000 by Land Rover dealer. If that is the case I’m assuming that the CEL is an entirely separate issue.
